Requesting a Custom Spectrometer Format
If your spectrometer produces a proprietary file format that Cengraph does not yet parse automatically:
1. Send an email to support@dunat.com.tr with subject line: [Format Request] Instrument Model Name.
2. Attach 2-3 sample spectra files (.txt, .raw, .dat, etc.).
3. Include details about the excitation laser, grating, and x-axis units (cm⁻¹, nm, or 2θ).
Our engineering team typically adds new file parser definitions within 48 business hours.
Bug Reports & Feature Ideas
When reporting a bug, please include:
- Windows version (e.g. Windows 11 64-bit).
- Cengraph software version (from Help > About).
- Steps to reproduce the issue along with a screenshot or sample
.cgphfile if applicable.
